No. Every North Lincs Web project is designed and coded by Sam Mckenna. Tools can speed up drafts, but layout, build, SEO setup and handover are done by hand for each client — not mass-produced template sites.
Where do you work?+
Nationwide across the UK from an Ulceby, North Lincolnshire base. Most projects are delivered remotely — call, Zoom, WhatsApp. Face-to-face is optional when it helps.
What do you actually build?+
Custom marketing websites for trades and service firms. Job sheets and booking diaries are a separate monthly licence from NorthLincs B2B: £250 a month for yards, £95 a month for clinics.
Do you do SEO and local / AI visibility?+
Yes as part of a proper launch: titles, meta descriptions, sitemap, robots, canonicals and schema — plus service pages and FAQs so Google, maps and AI answers can cite you clearly.
